Friday at 12:44 pm heading to the cape we picked up a 6 inch spike in the constuction zone 495 south at Bay road. It did instant damage and flattened the tire. I called AAA and they imediately dispatched a Driver as we were in the breakdown lane with tons of traffic. Within 20 minutes total Jared M From EAST COAST TOWING & RECOVERY called to inform us he was on his way! He was quick and efficient! Myself being an Tow Company owner and Tow Truck driver doing towing, transportation & recovery For Boston Police I was impressed! Thank you.

Best towing/transport service I’ve ever experienced. Called them on short notice to pick up a vintage Cadillac in NH on a very particular day; I didn’t have any wiggle room with the seller’s schedule. They told me they could do it and had just the guy. East Coast put Devin on the job and things could not have gone better. They communicated throughout the day and the owner, who had mixed feelings about letting his baby go, messaged me about how smoothly the pickup went. The delivery was just as smooth. Devin is clearly a car guy and could not have been any gentler with this antique vehicle. I did spend more than I wanted but I cannot imagine being any happier with the process. Worth every penny. Great company! Quick professional service. Angelo U. was prompt quick and very personable. Had to be towed back and had to come to repair location with Angelo. And had fun ride listening to music and his night club lit up cab. Hard working people like Angelo with a such a good positive attitude are hard come by these days. Devin to the rescue!! Locked my keys in my trunk, not only that but they were wedged into the liftgate. He waited before leaving to make sure I got into my car, thank god!! He gave me some pliers and I was able to pry them out. Since the car was locked no other doors would open and the lift gate button wouldn’t open either! He saved me with a smile and positive attitude! If Devin shows up, you will be taken care of!

I had such a great experience with Devon this morning when him and another gentleman were able to get my car out of a sticky situation. They were both polite, professional, and efficient. Devon did such a great job of getting my car out without a scratch on it. He was prepared and had called for extra help when he realized that it was a two person job. Last Thursday Cody Bend came to my house to tow my truck to Juniors because the worker before him that had a van was not able to start my truck so Cody came to tow and said he would try jumping it before towing, and amazingly he got it started. I can’t thank him for going above and beyond to help me.

East Coast Towing - a young man approximately 24 years old was the tow driver. It was on Columbus Day, i had already driven 5 hours and the weather was not good at all - my alternator went (so all electrical was gone, including power-steering cuz with no alternator the battery had been doing triple duty). I had no lights and it was very poor visibility. It was a busy time for tows no doubt. At any rate, my tow was there in under an hour, was professional and pleasant and did a wonderful job! I really can't say enough about how good my experience was - most especially when i was "on-the-edge" as it was. THANK YOU!!!!
