This place took a call out of their area through AAA who pays them BEANS when FE Brayton left me stranded and threatened that no other company would pick up my car in Westport MA because AAA dispatch is a disaster. This place didn't have to accept the tow but because they did, my car didn't get towed by state police and the poor old people whose parking spaces my broken car was stuck in at the doctor's office won't suffer tomorrow morning! The driver CHRIS also told me my car could have been towed with or without the keys, which is why I was left stranded by FE Brayton also. Super nice kid! Good luck Chris!
I forgot to get the drivers name but I requested a AAA tow all the way to Stamford CT and our driver was not only very quick to show up but was super friendly about the situation and towed our car 2 hours away, given the current situation with the Washington bridge in Rhode Island and the typical rush hour traffic this driver was a blessing. Super grateful to East Coast Towing !

Went beyond what he was supposed to the helped me move the car back into the back of my yard to get it out of the way. My door was jammed shut and he helped get it open. All he had to do was jump the battery and be on his way. Amazing service.

Brandon from East Coast towing saved the day when I locked my keys in the trunk. He went above and beyond what I expected to get the trunk open (only way to do this was to remove back seats as it’s a convertible). He had a great attitude and was very friendly (and funny)! I was rushing to get my daughter to the hospital and hit a curve. I sent her off to the hospital with another ride and it only took Brandon 7 minutes to get to me. Got connected through AAA but he went above and beyond! My tire had a nail in it and he removed the nail and patched the hole. Air pump was damaged so he came back the next day to switch out the donut for the original patched tire. Super friendly and if I ever have trouble again, will call this place first.
